AURELVO Returns & Refunds (60 Days)
At AURELVO, we stand behind what we sell and want you to feel confident ordering. If something isn’t right, you may request a return within the timeframe below.
Eligibility & Timeframe

60-day return period: Return requests must be started within 60 days of delivery.

Item condition: Products must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with original packaging (including any tags, inserts, and accessories).
Return Shipping & Fees
1) If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective/damaged

You won’t pay return shipping if the item was:

incorrect,

damaged in transit, or

defective.

2) If you’re returning for personal reasons (change of mind, sizing, ordered wrong item, etc.)

Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Original shipping charges (if any) are not refundable.
How to Start a Return

your order number, and

the reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we’ll email you return instructions/authorization details.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back following the instructions provided.
Refunds

Once your return arrives, we’ll review it to confirm it meets the return requirements.

If approved, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges

Items That Can’t Be Returned
Some products may be final sale or non-returnable for hygiene/safety reasons. These items will be clearly labeled as non-returnable on the product page.
